The partners behind CapitalPay’s cloud infrastructure programme

CapitalPay International and GoPomelo announced a collaboration on 11 August 2026 to design, deploy and manage payment orchestration infrastructure. The joint announcement brings together institutional payment requirements, cloud delivery and the technology needed to connect payment processes.

Four contributions to a shared programme

CapitalPay contributes its requirements for institutional payments and revenue management. GoPomelo’s role covers delivery and operation, drawing on its cloud, data and AI capabilities. Techtanium supplies payment-platform technology, with Tencent Cloud providing infrastructure.

The announcement describes a programme intended to improve visibility, control and settlement processes. Those objectives depend on the design, deployment and operating arrangements agreed for each implementation.

Why the connection matters

A payment system needs to connect the instruction to pay with the reference, the processing route and the record available to an authorised team. Infrastructure and operational responsibilities are part of that connection, alongside the customer-facing software.
