Garang Mayom Malek is a director of Capital Pay Software Solutions Ltd and President and Chief Executive Officer of CapitalPay International. Garang was appointed to Capital Pay Software Solutions Ltd when it was incorporated on 2 January 2025. He is also a director of the separate company Capital Pay Ltd, with that appointment taking effect on 8 October 2025.

Trade and institutional payments

In October 2025, Garang signed CapitalPay International’s agreement with KIFWA in Nairobi. The programme concerns a proposed centralised system for clearing-and-forwarding administration, including licensing, compliance, cargo information and training. Explore the KIFWA programme.
