The contact form asks for your name, email, enquiry topic and message. Organisation and phone number are optional. We store the enquiry so the team can respond and keep a record of the conversation. Please provide only the information needed for that purpose.

We use this information to respond to requests, discuss potential services and manage existing business communications. Depending on the enquiry, this supports steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Website operation and cookies

The website uses a security token to protect form submissions and session cookies for authenticated administration. It does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Your browser connects to our hosting service to retrieve the pages and files you request.

The contact endpoint uses a temporary, keyed representation of the connecting address to limit repeated submissions. The rate-limit entry expires after ten minutes. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices.
